We've been away, but we are not gone!

Hi friends. Sorry it has been awhile. Life has been full and fast. I have not had a moment to sit and update or get my photos organized. So, here we are.

Matty updates:

1. MATTY IS A WALKER! He takes 4 to 6 or 7 steps at a time and then CRASH! Some serious bumps on the head...but he almost has it down! WHOA!
2. Matty weighs 22 pounds is 29 inches long and is solid as a rock! Tough little guy. We are no longer topping the growth charts...He is perfectly average in all his growth!
3. He is as active and cutie patootie as ever.
4. One of the questions the pediatrician asked me at his 10 month appointment was, "Does he respond to his name?" Wellll.....yes, I said. And then I thought how confused my little boy must be! Below are the names we regularly call him.

Matty
Matty Jo
Matty Moo
Moo Moo
Mooks (I think this one slipped in randomly from Mooks Arnold! :) ha)
Mookie Face
Munchkin Face
Punkin Head
Angel Bug

What in the world does he think his name is!?! Funny...
4. Matthew is NOT a fan of wearing clothes, the process of getting dressed, undressed or diaper changed. All of the above require being restricted andB still...and being still - not fun to Matthew Garrison


ADOPTION:

We've been told that the birthfather (Aaron) is choosing to "sign". Meaning, he is suppose to go today to sign paperwork to terminate his rights. That being said, we do not know much else. We have not heard he has gone and it is 4:00 already. We really do not know exactly what has transpired that has given them a change of heart. Brian said, this must really be because of prayer! We will let yall know when and if we hear anything.
